*For perparing the annual return, please submit the enquiry 7 working days before due date of the annual return. Late enquiries will be charge an additional administrative fee of HK$500.

Company Secretary Documents required
For customers who have established a company and applying for company secretarial services, please provide the following documents:
- Business registration certificate (copy)(BR)
- Company certificate (copy)
- Incorporation form (copy) (NNC1)
- Articles of Association (copy) (AA)
- Copies of ID cards of all members
- Proof of English address (within 3 months of application date)
- Annual return (copy) (NAR1) (if need)

Four Essential Registers for Companies
According to Section 622 of the Companies Ordinance, all Hong Kong companies are required to properly maintain and store four essential registers. The contents of each register must comply with legal requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely updates。These four essential registers must be maintained and made available for inspection by enforcement officers upon request. The four essential registers are as follows:
- Register of Members (ROM)
- Significant Controllers Register (SCR)
- Register of Directors (ROD)
- Register of Company Secretaries (ROCS)
Additionally, each company must appoint a designated representative to assist enforcement officers with matters related to the Significant Controllers Register. This amendment took effect on March 1, 2018, and the relevant authorities may conduct random inspections of any company at any time. Under the Companies Ordinance， failure to properly maintain and manage these registers is a violation of the law, and both the company and its responsible officers may face penalties. Each can be fined up to Level 4 (maximum fine of HK$25,000) 。In applicable situations, an additional daily fine of HK$700 may also be imposed.
